Fully furnished loft space with direct sunlight, and amazing views of the Empire State Building, Chrysler Building & Queens Bridge. This studio is perfect for Headshots, Dating Profiles, Engagement, Product Photos, Video Productions & more. We have a living area w/ a fireplace, dining area, bedroom, & kitchen. All customers are required to leave the studio space exactly how they found it upon entering. We require each customer to clean up after every session in order to be respectful to the next customer. If you need to adhere anything to the walls, we require that you use removable hooks, removable velcro, or a non-staining putty. If the walls or space are damaged in any capacity, the customer will be responsible for the repairs. The following listed items are not allowed in the studio with written consent from the studio manager: fire (of any kind), smoking, glitter, candles, cake smash sessions, sand, gender reveal smoke cannons, confetti, pets (we love your fur friends but have a ton of white furniture), anything that can potentially stain walls, furniture, windows or floors, and nails/pins in the walls.
