About the Space
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE MESSAGING FOR QUICKEST REPLY We are a spacious Hookah Lounge & Bar with an Industrial Modern Vibe. Comfortably serving up to 40 people at a time. Located in Koreatown, minutes away from the 101 and Downtown LA. Our 1800 Square foot space is perfect for filming bar, hookah, lounge and restaurant scenes. We also offer the option of service by our employees in the case of hookah or bar needs. Inside there are metal tables with cushion seating aligning the walls. We are also equipped with an upstairs lounge for a more VIP experience. Film rental availability is between 3am to 12pm daily. Our exit times are hard exit times. For nighttime party and event rentals, our bar guarantee on week days is $3000, on fridays and saturdays is $5000. We offer the following technical amenities: - High Speed WIFI - Security Cameras - Speakers for Audio Connectivity

Lovely space! Looks even better in person compared to the pictures. Teddy was phenomenal at answering all of my questions with a quick response, I appreciate that. Ken was super helpful with opening the location for the day of filming. The only thing I wish was more clear was the parking situation. The posting suggests there’s parking, but doesn’t mention that you have to pay once valet shows up which is early, so the parking is mainly for unloading unless you don’t mind paying. I would definitely rent again and recommend this location for any cafe/restaurant/bar scene.
