Hello! Please be aware that the rate you see on Giggster is not final as it doesn't include our on-site manager fee. We rent our home in two categories: productions and events. Each category has different minimum hours, pricing, cleaning fees, etc. We always charge three mandatory standard fees: space rental, cleaning, and on-site manager. Depending on the number of people in our home, we may require more professionally trained managers on-site to ensure your booking runs with ease. Our home boasts 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with lots of space and natural light that creates a warm and welcoming environment. The outdoor spaces are equally magnificent, with lush garden and manicured lawn, providing an inviting area for gatherings, photo sessions, and mingling under the open sky. Please inquire about the additional services we offer: STAFF ON SITE When you book with us, you have the benefit of at least one staff member on-site to assist you. The price and number of staff depends on the number of hours booked and number of people in our home. EVENT PLANNING Not only do we operate in one of the most unique locations in New York City, we also operate as a live events team specializing in crafting intimate experiences. We’re happy to support you in developing your vision and bringing it to life. Pricing varies depending on the scope. CATERING We offer an array of cuisines expertly crafted by our in-house chefs and our network of talented chefs,from exquisite international flavors to beloved local delicacies. Pricing will be determined based on the scope. CONTENT CAPTURE Our in-house content team can provide content capture and post-production. We can work with you to create a list of deliverables that will work for you. Feel free to inquire about our content packages. Location: We’re conveniently located 8 minutes away from the Nostrand A & C trains and C train at Kingston & Throop. Additionally we are about a 10 minute walk from the 3 & 4 trains at Kingston Ave.
