Light industrial, commercial loft located in a production hub located at the Greenpoint Waterfront right next to Smashbox Studio, Ruby Bird, and other famous photo & video rental studios and production houses. Designed for mid-size e-comm, still life, and fashion editorial productions and events. The space can also be perfect for small-scale video productions like interviews and such. There are a lot of art-based businesses in the building and in the neighborhood. There are also plenty of nice mom-and-pop places to eat and get catering from. Rates: Full Day $1150 Half Day $700 Full Day Bookings are 10hrs. Half Day Bookings are 5hrs. Bookings before 8 am and after 9 pm will incur a fee. *There is no cleaning fee, so please be respectful of the space and clean up after your booking has ended. Extra garbage bags are provided.
