Our Fitness Studio in Philadelphia is a functional studio has a space size 2,800 sq. ft. Equipment available on-site and available for use is the following: 3 conditioning air bikes, Stairmaster, rower, 2 Throwdown 4x14 standard xtc RIG, 2 9ft jump rope, dumbbells 10, 25, 45lbs, multiple size kettlebells, slam balls, mats, sled, bumper plates, work out mats, ARC. There is an open turf great for one-on-one personal training sessions and class workout groups of up to 50 people.
