You’ll be doing the environment good by booking with us! - Hardwood floors throughout - unfinished basement - Walking distance to plenty of amenities such as restaurants, bars, Whole Foods & Trader Joe's, pharmacies, coffee shops, etc. - Parking: There is free on-street parking though this is Philadelphia so there are restrictions during weekdays, and parking after 6pm can be a challenge. I have plenty of tips to give you that will make it easier to park if needed. There is also a pay lot a few blocks away on Fairmount Ave. that is reasonably priced ($13 for up to 12 hours).

Located in the Fishtown area of Philadelphia, we're minutes from I95, minutes from Center City, and yet we have free street parking. The facility features a beautiful 320 sq.ft control room that's technically impressive yet warm and comfortable at the same time. The live room is about 830 sq.ft. with 14 ft ceilings, beautiful strand woven bamboo flooring, and warm colors. All studio rooms have extremely quiet HVAC and extra double wall construction sound proofing for ADR quality location sound. Two sound isolation spaces are adjoining the live room. They are a triangular vocal booth and a 12x8 isolation room. The break room is large and open but not sound proofed. Please contact the host for custom rates.

This historical 130 year old elaborate corner Red and Green Victorian row house sits on a wide sidewalk, tree lined block of Philadelphia's Spruce Hill neighborhood. Brothers George Watson Hewittt and William Dempster Hewitt designed the group of Queen Anne houses in 1886 as a unified whole marked by dramatic gables, a bold color scheme, and mixed materials. This Hewitt home is a beautiful blend of Queen Anne characteristics, with some High Victorian flare. The porches feature whimsical, welcoming columns and spindles. A decorative bargeboard adorns the gable over the porch. Graceful brackets enhance the edges of the home and the 3rd floor Juliet balcony. The historic exterior is paired with an updated interior that seamlessly integrates original details such as ornate fireplaces, original wood floors, mahogany pocket doors, moldings and stained glass windows while also featuring updated fixtures, kitchen bathrooms etc. The backyard is shaded and private with a blue-stone patio, fire pit, lounging platform, hot tub and small vegetable garden and lawn.
