The space is an accessible, world-class recording, mixing, and mastering studio located in the Fishtown neighborhood of Philadelphia. 24' high ceilings, unique shape, and complete acoustic isolation make this a perfect location for filming music videos, quiet scenes, or modern professional recording studio location shoots. We've been a location for shoots for Discovery Channel, MTV, VH1, NFL Films, and more.

I had an amazing time recording at this studio with Eric. Eric was nothing but professional, smart, talented, genuine, and was truly invested in getting the best sound possible. He responded quickly and answered all of my questions beforehand. I will definitely come back in the future and highly recommend for any artist!

We love working with Alex and Eric at Spice House! Eric is super organized, fast and talented, so we always manage to get through a lot of tracking for string and brass sessions. We work in film and television with intense deadlines so we appreciate how smoothly things go when we work out of Spice House. The vibe is also super mellow which we appreciate!

Hands down the best studio i have ever recorded in!!! This isn't just a big room with a control booth... this is a state-of-the-art recording facility that has some of the best gear at your fingertips... my drums have never sounded better than they have here!!! It's also a very comfortable and relaxing place where you can be yourself. We brought our own engineer for this project, but Alex and Eric were always available whenever we needed them. We hired Eric for the first day, and he helped place and position mics, familiarized us with their gear, and gave us a hand whenever we needed him. Studio bonuses: nice clean bathroom and kitchen, tons of house instruments to borrow (including a grand piano!), and great coffee and food no more than 2 blocks from the front door.
