This is a thoughtfully maintained working studio, not a high-volume rental facility, making it a great fit for renters who want a well-kept, professional space for photo and video production. Space Features • Approx. 1,200 sq. ft. • 22’ W x 20’ D x 12’ H professional cyc wall • Northwest-facing windows with natural light at select times of day • Located inside the historic BOK Building • Great for photo shoots, interviews, content creation, brand campaigns, portraits, editorials, and small video productions Included • Up to 4 basic light stands / C-stands • Basic grip Available Add-Ons • Savage seamless paper rolls • Additional C-stands: $9 each after the first 4 • Roller stands: $15 each • Lighting, modifiers, and backdrops available by request for an additional fee Important Booking Notes • 4-hour minimum required • This is not a soundstage, so some ambient city noise may be present • Most video renters are fine with proper sound recording equipment, but the space is not intended for fully soundproof productions ⸻ House Rules Please read before booking: • 4-hour minimum is required • Sticky mat use is mandatory before stepping onto the cyc • No dirty shoes or high heels on the cyc • Do not step on the curved cove or place heavy equipment near it • Do not drag stands, props, or furniture across the cyc • No drinks on the cyc • No glitter, confetti, powders, fake snow, oils, body paint, or staining materials in the studio • Fog, haze, or special effects require advance approval • Props and furniture must have proper floor protection • Renter is responsible for resetting the space and reporting any damage immediately Cyc Wall Damage Policy Our cyc wall is strictly maintained. Any damage found after your booking will be billed to the renter. Repair costs may range from $150 to $2,000 depending on severity. Additional Policy Due to liability concerns, nude shoots are not permitted for outside rentals. By booking, renters acknowledge responsibility for any damage, misuse, or neglect involving the studio, cyc wall, or equipment.
