Second floor contains open-concept kitchen with deck that overlooks the garden. Extra-large living room with two different gathering spaces, gas fire place and five couches. Dining room with built in bar area and table for 8-10. Half bathroom off of kitchen. Super-thick beyond commercial grade windows provide protection from most city noise, as does having the main living space on the 2nd floor. 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths on the 3rd floor with office in master. Parking onsite for approx. 5 average-sized cars. Small trucks/vans 9.5’ tall or less. Can add garage spots for 1 or 2 cars for extra fee.
