5,000+ sqft Mid-Century Modern Home in the heart of Northern Liberties, a hip Philadelphia neighborhood. On lively street full of restaurants and shops with large beautiful garden. Views of six story ivy-covered wall from 10ft windows. Open concept kitchen with deck, approx. 20’ by 40’ living room, dining room and powder room on second floor. Super-thick beyond commercial grade windows provide protection from most city noise, as does having the main living space on the second floor, so works well for interviews. 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths on the third floor with extra sitting area/office in master. First floor entry, laundry room, 2 car garage and half bath on first floor. Perfect for filming projects or upscale events (weddings, baby showers, etc.) Excellent for bridal parties to get ready and take photographs especially spring summer and fall when ivy wall and garden are in bloom; directly across street from Tendenza and half block from Cescaphe Ballroom. Parking onsite for approx. 5 average-sized cars. Small trucks and large 9.5’ tall or less can clear and park. Can add garage spots for 1 or 2 cars for extra fee. Easy access to elevator (need to just clear an 4 inch curb/step up to get into house). Owner preference to stay onsite and/or to leave quiet dog onsite in finished basement, 2 floors away from main living space so does not intrude on privacy for renters. Minimum age of 25 to rent.
