About the Space

5,000+ sqft Mid-Century Modern Home in the heart of Northern Liberties, a hip Philadelphia neighborhood. Unique location used for filming commercials, photo shoots or hosting upscale smaller events (bridal, corporate, etc.) On lively street full of restaurants and shops with large beautiful garden. Views of six story ivy-covered wall from 10ft windows. First floor contains half bathroom, two car garage with windowed doors and laundry room. Second floor contains open-concept kitchen with deck that overlooks the garden. Extra-large living room with two different gathering spaces, gas fire place and five couches. Dining room with built in bar area and table for 8-10. Half bathroom off of kitchen. Super-thick beyond commercial grade windows provide protection from most city noise, as does having the main living space on the 2nd floor. 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths on the 3rd floor with office in master. Parking onsite for approx. 5 average-sized cars. Small trucks/vans 9.5’ tall or less. Can add garage spots for 1 or 2 cars for extra fee. Easy access to elevator that stops at all levels (need to just clear an 3 inch curb/step up) for ease of moving filming equipment. Owner preference to stay onsite and/or to leave quiet dog onsite in finished basement, 2 floors away from main living space so does not intrude on privacy for renters. Must provide proof of insurance. For those without coverage that would apply to the project/event, there are several options to obtain one day rental insurance that typically runs in the $100-$200 range. Minimum age of 25 to rent.

    Filming here was an incredible experience. Not only is the house breathtakingly beautiful, but working with Jennifer was so easy. She was very responsive and understanding with our tight deadlines. Would love to film here again and would recommend to anyone who's looking!
