We also offer a number of products at our in-house rental store to accommodate your special event! WHAT DOES THE RENTAL INCLUDE ? • 1100 square feet newly renovated open space • Dimmable recess light and crystal chandelier • Up to 7 foldable 6 ft. tables • Up to 48silver chiavari chairs • Wi-Fi • Smart TV • Bluetooth speaker with Mic • 1 unisex restroom • White flower wall backdrop • hand sanitizer station SET UP / BREAK DOWN Upon submission for your request of booking/inquiry, please also include all times for set up, breakdown, and clean-up that you may possibly need. Any time used that isn’t included in the booking will be considered OVERTIME. This policy helps us serve all of our clients that book on the same days. CLEANING / DAMAGES: Client is responsible to ensure venue is maintained and returned in the same condition as prior to the event. Once the event has concluded, client is expected to gather and collect all trash and set in designated area. Client is responsible for all rentals and vendors and must remove all external equipment immediately at the conclusion of the event. Under no circumstances can anything be left, stored, or held at or in our facility. ***All clients assume responsibility of all event items and Our Board, Staff, and Space will NOT responsible for anything used or left at our facility.*** FURNITURE: To best accommodate your event, please communicate with us if there is a need for anything to be moved or relocated in our space. GENERAL RULES Under No circumstances shall nails, screws, staples or penetrating items be used in or at the venue. No tape or gummed backing materials on the wall. No Smoking, Pets, Candles, open Fire, Glitter, balloons with confetti, or Confetti allowed in the space.

Asta responded so quickly for everything we needed. The space was beautiful and my party had a great time. there was even a mic for speeches and a really cool rose wall for photos. we had a wonderful time, highly recommend!
