About the Space

Production rates are as follows: 1 to 2 (cast & crew): 75 per hour 3 to 5 cast & crew: $100 per hour 6 to 10 (cast & crew): $125 per hour 11 to 15 (cast & crew): $150 per hour Event rates are as follows: 1 to 10 guests ($125 an hour) 11 to 15 guests ($150 an hour) 16 to 20 guests ($200 an hour) Music video shoots with cast and crew larger than 15 will be $200 an hour. CLEANING FEE All bookings production bookings will have a $100 cleaning fee. All event bookings will have a cleaning fee of $150 SECURITY DEPOSIT A security deposit of $250 is required upon arrival on property and will be returned immediately following your booking. The security deposit covers any incidentals and over time and extra guests (cast/crew). All security deposits can be made via zelle or ApplePay. Instructions will be provided by host. Guests will be charged $50 every 15 minutes past their booking time. There will be a property manager on-site during all bookings. The property manager will be located in the office and available any time you need assistance. This property is perfect for video production, production shoots, photography, Documentary filming, video shoots, film shoots, yoga tutorials, fitness and workout video shoots, Clothing / apparel Shoots, Commercial Shoots, Casting, Filming, Head shots, Outdoor shoots, Product shoot, promotional videos and Music Video Shoots. The backyard area is completely private for filming or photoshoots. Outdoor area Includes huge patio deck great for shooting, Olympic size pool, hot tub, open floor plan, pool table, backyard completely private covered with large trees. This content house has been booked for many video production and photo shoots such as: Yoga Retreat - a yoga instructor booked the property for a 21-day Yoga Retreat and filmed over 100 hours of video production for an upcoming Yoga instructional video. In between filming, the yoga instructor conducted yoga classes with 10 of her students. Music Video Shoot Multiple music artists have used this production to music video production shoots for upcoming singles including pop music video shoots, rap music video shoots, r&b video shoots and country music video shoots. Podcast Film Recording Podcasters have booked this space to record weekly podcast episodes. Clothing Shoot / Apparel Shoot Many clothing lines have booked this space for editorial photoshoots, commercial photoshoots, and promotional photoshoots. Brands included swimwear line and lifestyle brands. Engagement Photo shoot and Wedding Photo Shoot Short Film Shoot and Documentary shoot At least 15 short films have been shot at this location. 
 Open floor plan that could be used for video production such as interviews, podcast filming and podcast audio recording, dance class, promotional video. 
The outdoor space is completely private if you have a film shoot and/or photo shoot that requires complete privacy.
