New 3,229 sf luxury studio in the heart of downtown Los Angeles, parking nearby, with beautiful natural light and 16 beautiful east-facing windows (light 7:30am-1:30pm) and east-facing windows facing south (light from 1:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.) makeup area and different locations for filming, A/C, coffee maker, a private room, elevator and forklift, mini-fridge, wi-fi, capacity for 40 people , easy access

What a marvelous space to work. The photos don't do it justice. It is such a versatile space with many different looks, props, furniture and awesome light from every angle. The place was clean, organized and very shoot friendly. Great make up area, cleaning amenities, a ring light and other gear. Beast space for the price I've used in LA. Parking was easy and only $10 for the day. Highly recommend the studio.
