This Flex/ Art Gallery/ Warehouse space is located in the heart of the Arts District, Los Angeles adjacent to the 6th Street Viaduct (bridge). Amazing view of the bridge from just outside the doors. Just have to cross the street to take the stairs up to the bridge for the view.

 Formally an Artists' studio and gallery, this minimal space has potential to be used for any and every use/ event you may have envisioned. 
 Including, but not limited to: Private Events, Art Exhibit/ Gallery, Photoshoots, Film & Video Production, Pop-ups, Launch Event, Product Release, Corporate Events, Workshops Etc. 

 The property is a simple open space that speaks for itself, but can be broken down into 3 "rooms". Approx 4,800 sq. ft. with 1 entrance on the side of the building and a rollup gate/ loading bay on the same side. 2 restrooms (1 handicap).
