This space was awesome! It looks just like the pictures and is very clean. The studio is small, so I would not recommend more than 4 or so people at a time in the space. The studio is in a building where other studio spaces live, so you will need to check in with the first floor attendant before going to it. All staff was super kind and friendly. There is a men and women’s restroom on the floor but no accommodations in the studio. Communication with the host was a little less than I wanted. There were times I asked some questions and did not hear anything at all, but, when the filming day came, we got the info we needed and it all worked out.

Great space to shoot
Our space brings you to our fully decorated urban jungle loft. We are located in the heart of Downtown LA, same building as The Last Bookstore. This loft features around 550 sq ft single-story floor plan, with one full side of windows. The loft also features different neon signs, vintage pinball machines, vintage arcade, vintage phone booth and one-of-a-kind motorcycle.
The track lights inside the room are equipped with RGB LED light bulbs where you could change the colors of each individual light bulb via our wall mounted tablet.
There are WiFi, portable A/C inside the loft, as well as paid parking lots next to the building.

*** Please note, this is NOT a sound proof space. We would highly recommend bringing in great audio recording equipment and sound proofing tools as we could not control the sound from our surrounding area.

The space was very nice, it really was a good Asian style neo setting. The host Debbie gave very good instructions on how everything works. The motorcycle and telephone booth gave a nice spice to the scenery. The atmosphere of the space was awesome. Very good space for shooting music videos.
