Welcome to the coolest apartment loft in Brooklyn. A unique 1030 sqft corner unit on the 1st floor of an industrial loft building. Everywhere you look, this space is full of unique design, art, and details. From collections of plateware, vintage silverware, ceramics, and mid-century modern furniture, this loft turnkey for productions looking for a sunsoaked space with texture, character, and props galore. Main Space: The main room in our space is a 760 sqft grand room with living room, kitchen, and dining tables. The walls are exposed brick with a very satisfying natural texture after years of lime-washed paint. Adorned with shelving, collectibles, art, and plants, the possibilities are endless with what you can do with this space. Bedroom: A unique nook of a bedroom, painted in lime-wash and deep purple, this bedroom is cozy, moody, and sultry. The hero of the room is the massive vintage Howard Miller bubble pendant lamp hanging overhead. Windows: Our loft has over 40 linear feet of 8-foot tall windows facing South East and South West, providing direct light throughout the morning and afternoon, and soft ambient lighting later in the afternoon. Kitchen: The space comes with a fully operational kitchen featuring with a ton of unique kitchen ware: stoneware ceramics, chef knives, a ton of vintage silverware, linens, vintage cast iron skillets, and bakeware. This for the home chef with a deep passion for design, character, and aesthetics. Bathroom: Our 40 sqft in-loft bathroom is perfect for privacy and wardrobe changes. From the paint job, to towel choices, to first aid kit, every aspect of this bathroom has attention to detail. We have worked with some of the industry's top production companies and brands such as Nike, TikTok, CNN, Vox, Complex, Hypebeast, Best Buy, and Canon, and have shared our space with professional athletes, actors, directors, musicians, and TV personalities. Accessibility: The studio is on the 1st floor. From the sidewalk through the apartment door, entering our loft has no stairs and is only a 75 foot walk.
