About the Space
Creative studio designed from the ground up to handle full scale still and motion productions with talent. This space will not only impress clients but will serve as a creative conduit to inspire your team's best work to flow forward. Clients will have access to 1,300 total square feet of private shooting space with a giant 18'x14' foot infinity wall, 24’ height ceiling, 3 dedicated 30 Amp electrical circuits in the studio, private bathroom/dressing room, lounge/crew area, 2 dedicated hair and makeup stations and all the high-speed WiFi you could ever need. Oh and the 10’x20’ roll up door for easy load in/out! Other amenities also include: Bluetooth audio and charging stations for any device, free parking and loading area directly in front of the entrance (10'x20' roll up door), plenty of restaurant & bar options around the corner, and several other dining and entertainment options nearby. There is also complimentary use of several studio necessities (electrical and C-stands). Awesome price, great space! It was nice that they already had CStands, soft boxes, lights at the ready. We brought our own but didn't even need to use them which was nice. Communication was great and they were flexible on starting early and staying a little later. The only negative is there is a ton of traffic down that road so if you are going to record audio you'll need to clean that up in post. Would rent the space again and highly recommend.

Our recent photoshoot was an absolute success, thanks to this fantastic studio space! The studio is incredibly spacious, giving us the flexibility to experiment with different setups without feeling cramped. I've done many shoots here, and the experience and results are always fantastic. There's plenty of space for clients, models, and guests, and the space is well-equipped with c stands, lights, and modifiers. Definitely recommend booking!
