Conveniently controlled by an iPad mounted on the wall, our cyc wall ensures seamless operation for your projects. Enjoy the flexibility to bring your own lighting and crew, or opt for our hassle-free pre-lit setup, saving you time and effort. Our pre-lit cyc wall is perfect for interviews, music videos, and various other projects—simply roll in, step up, and start shooting. Your studio rental includes 6 LED soft panels: four 2x1 soft LED panels for illuminating the cyc wall and two 2x2 soft LED panels serving as key and fill lights. All panels are securely mounted on the overhead grid, and you can control them effortlessly using the provided iPad app, offering a spectrum of lighting possibilities at your fingertips. Located within the vibrant Highland Collective, home to a diverse array of artists and a comprehensive gallery, our studio provides a dynamic backdrop for your creative endeavors. Moreover, through our collaboration with Productions, we offer a full suite of production services, ensuring access to top-notch equipment for your filming needs. Paint Fee Disclaimer - Please Read We take pride in maintaining the pristine condition of our studio floor. While we paint the floor twice a month to keep it looking its best, regular use may result in minor scuffs. Please note that our base rate of $79/hour does not include repainting the floor before and after your shoot. If your project requires a floor that is completely free of any marks, please inform us in advance, and we will include a paint fee in your rental price. To avoid incurring a paint fee, you must either wear shoe booties at all times or place a covering on the floor to prevent scuffs. While minor scuffs that can be cleaned off are acceptable, leaving the floor noticeably dirty with shoe marks and scuffs will result in a $149 paint fee being applied to your rental.
