- Really gorgeous direct light in the afternoon
- Couch folds out into a bed if needed
- 3rd floor; big double elevators, flat entry no stairs
- Trucks can pull over and load in on the block no problem
- We can also do events (seats 24 and I've got all the cutlery and plates etc.) but the tables also are extendable and fold up to be super tiny and out of the way during shoots.
