Heart on Clinton Hill. *Please note that the hourly rate is higher on weekends and on weekends in the evenings.* - Faces south west - Beautiful indirect light in the morning - Really gorgeous direct light in the afternoon - Couch folds out into a bed if needed - 3rd floor; big double elevators, flat entry no stairs - Trucks can pull over and load in on the block no problem - We can also do events (seats 24 and I've got all the cutlery and plates etc.) but the tables also are extendable and fold up to be super tiny and out of the way during shoots.

Minor issue accessing location in the beginning but the host explained and accommodated us. Beautiful venue in a great location (I actually grew up in the neighborhood). Would definitely book again
