Located in an industrial area in Astoria/ Woodside. Street level storage unit with 22' ceiling height, and two large garage doors (15'x15') The warehouse is a storage unit of a sound reinforcement company. Usable space is about 600 sq ft, from the entrance of the main garage door till the exposed white brick wall in the back. The white brick wall in the main usable area can be used for Music videos, Dance videos, Band Rehearsals, Promotional, commercial, and product videos/photoshoots, and much more. Feel free to contact us to work towards creating and completing your project. Free street parking available, and two parking spots in the front of the loading areas (gates). N -W trains are a 10-15 minute walk and the Q19 Bus stop is a 3 minute walk. Included in your booking: - There is a 16ft truss (horizontal) by the brick wall, that can be used for lighting equipment, and backdrops.- There is another 10ft truss (horizontal) on the opposite side that can also be used for lighting equipment. - Both trusses are vertically adjustable - 2 speakers installed on the 16ft truss by the brick wall, plus a subwoofer. - Custom Bar with 4 bar stools - Two tables 4'x2' - 3 folding chairs - Wi-Fi - Sandbags - Ladders --The space has production equipment (ex. cases) that can be used in the shots, or can be easily moved, if not desired. --The space has 24/7 access with always one person on site. --Capacity is up to 10 people. --Space has natural light that can NOT be blocked. --Please note that you must be completely loaded out by the end of your scheduled session time. Please book enough time considering your load-in and load-out. --The price after 12am, is additional $15 an hour from the booking listing price. These are some of the available equipment for rent. Audio: - There are 8"-10"-12"-15" QSC and/or JBL self powered and passive speakers. - 18" QSC Subwoofers. - Midas M32, Behringer X32 and XAir, digital mixing boards. - Variety of microphones like Shure and AKG. Wired and wireless microphones. - Stands for microphones, speakers, and music stands. Lighting: - Chauvet Slim Bar Pro - Chauvet Intimidator Hybrid 140SR - LEKO conventional lights - ARRI lights - ADJ DMX Bridge lighting application using an iPad for control - Extra trusses with bases and lifts ---Please leave the studio and equipment in the same condition you found it. If the equipment is damaged the renter will incur a fee--- ---A $300 fee will be charged if you use glitter--- ---Sound Engineer, Lighting Designer, Photographer, Videographer, available on site upon request--- ---There is one gender neutral, single person, handicap accessible restroom---
