We had a great experience shooting here! We were filming interviews, which got a little tricky with the flight path overhead - planes were pretty constant while we were there. However, the space is beautiful and we were able to get two lovely looks out of it and would just pause for any noise interruptions. Bryce was great to work with and extremely helpful with all our questions and needs.

I enjoyed shooting at this studio. Very happy it was a weekend, because I was able to park close by. CSI is nearby for renting photo equipment. Loved the wood floors and the exposed wood beam ceilings. Wish I could live there. The space was very affordable, and my job turned out great!

Audio: This is a quiet space with limited street noise, and is suitable for most audio shoots, however it is NOT a sound stage. Staff will be on site in a separate office. If you or models need additional privacy measures please inquire in advance. By booking this space guests agree to the following rules: I (Guest) agree that: I am responsible for ensuring my invitees adhere to these rules and enforcing them inside and outside the space during my booking. Music will be kept to a low volume, and any noisy activity must be agreed upon beforehand. I may not bring my own speakers unless agreed upon. Live instruments are not permitted. No smoking or illegal activity. No alcohol may enter the space—even as a prop. No empty bottles. I agree to there may be a $500 fine if any alcohol is brought into the space or invitees consume alcohol outside the space. No open flames. No explicit or adult productions, performers, etc. I may not assert exclusive use of streets or sidewalks. Any outdoor shooting or equipment storage/use must be discussed and agreed upon beforehand. I agree to obtain all necessary permits. The following activity requires a permit: Asserting exclusive use of city property or blocking streets and sidewalks, prop weapons, prop vehicles, actors in police or emergency response uniform or stunts on set.
