About the Space

We have an Large old style open loft studio with big bay windows, large overhead wood rafters and 12'ft high ceilings. Prefect for video and photo shoots, film holding, art shows, screenings, workshops etc. Our main studio rental comes with use of common area, make-up station, production table, chairs, clothing rack, 2 C-stands, sand bags, production cart and stingers. Jail Cell set, Interrogation Room and Payphone are all additional rental fees. Just Jail Cell set, $300.00 for 2hrs. Jail Cell Package with Interrogation set and payphone, $375?00 additional. Additional fees paid on day. We also offer Lighting Packers, Smoke Machine, Greenscreen, Color Seamless Paper and Prop Package all based on availability.

    Comminications were super pro and friendly. We needed a jail set on short notice and this one felt the most authentic and was exactly what we needed. Highly recommend this place. Its refreshing to be treated like a professional, as we are a production company and many others on these spaces get very short and or frustrated (probably from dealing with all types) and act like going over time wise isn’t something that can be easily worked out. If we’re there, we have the money and when things happen and more time is needed, it’s refreshing for that to be understood.
