Circa 1908 house fully renovated with care while modernizing the finishes and layout. Fresh white walls, large windows and over height ceilings add to the wow factor of this home. The architecture offers wonderful curb appeal including a welcoming front veranda. The main floor features a dramatic entry and staircase. Beyond is a chef’s kitchen with generous pantry. Also on this level is an elegant living room and spacious dining room. At the back of the home is a mud room and powder room. The second floor offers two spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms (one is ensuite). The property has lane access from the rear and side. There is a carport and good sized backyard and deck. There are additional spaces in the home that are not included in the rental but can be rented at an additional cost.
