This iconic 2400 sq ft venue, formerly Freehold Brooklyn, is a flexible use space located in prime Williamsburg just across from Domino Park. Our spacious mid century-inspired lounge is the perfect backdrop for creative meetings, off-sites, photoshoots, film productions, workshops, presentations, and team gatherings. Our open-concept main lounge features an assortment of seating arrangements and high end furnishings, with large windows and 2 beautiful skylights. The space can be easily divided into 2 separate areas with a velvet curtain. Outside, a private yard offers a breath of fresh air for breaks. The layout is flexible and can be arranged to suit your needs. For years, this address was home to Freehold, a local favorite for music, drinks, and community gatherings. Our gold disco ball is still spinning! The attractions of Bedford Ave are just a short walk away! - Convenient subway access - closest train is the Bedford L - Close to a wide range of restaurants, cafes, and bars for pre- or post-event plans - Easily reachable by car, ride share, or bike from Manhattan and Brooklyn FAQ & LOGISITICS - Rental hours are billed from beginning of set-up to end of clean-up - No alcohol is permitted in the space - Outside catering is welcome - however all food must be prepared off site; there is no kitchen access - Smoking is not allowed inside the space - An on-site staff member will be present during your booking to assist with any logistics. Their staffing fee is included with your booking price. - COI is required for all companies that book us for productions, meetings, and events. - The venue is a single floor building; the main entrance features a half flight of stairs into the venue. There is also street level access via an ADA accessible ramp entry. - Furniture can be rearranged to suit a variety of events DISCLAIMERS Occasionally, other fees may apply depending on your needs, such as special trash pick-up, special requests, additional site visits, facilitating rental of additional tables and chairs, etc. All additional fees will of course be discussed with you in advance.
