We are touching up the space and preparing to reopen the studio this September! In the meantime, please note that we continue to produce virtual events, and we may consider very small bookings of few people (presenters, etc.) in support of those events. Please contact us for more information. Stroll through cobblestone streets and into our flexible meeting and event venue in the heart of Vancouver's trendy Gastown neighbourhood. Our intimate, warm space can be transformed for an afternoon workshop (all amenities included in booking price, see list below) or cleared out for a photoshoot or evening reception. We also specialize in producing professional webinars and offer a full suite of A/V equipment. We have hosted everything from team building days to multi-site webinars to birthday parties! Ask us how we can help. Capacity: Seated, we can accommodate up to 36 in pods, and fit up to 50 theatre style. Amenities: Step into the perfect mix of history and high tech. Our 1,300 square foot venue is located in a 125-year-old Gastown heritage building where you’ll find original fir floors and brick walls, state of-the-art video and presentation technology, a private kitchen and washroom, and free WiFi, tea and coffee. Conveniently located just 10 minutes by foot from Waterfront station, and with guest parking right across the street, we are the stress-free location for your next event. Our onsite staff are here to create a seamless experience for you and your attendees – one that’s memorable for all the right reasons. Your rental fee includes: * Coffee, tea, filtered water * WiFi * Set up and clean up * White boards, A/V equipment, and computers * Tables and chairs * Dishes, cutlery and glassware * Private kitchenette with sink and standing cooler * One secure parking spot * Onsite staff * Directional signage Feel free to bring your own: * Catering – choose from many fantastic caterers in the area * Alcohol – you will need to obtain a special event permit from BCLDB * mp3 player – to connect to our sound system * Decorations – dress up the space anyway you like! Pricing includes load in and load out, and starts at $125/hour during business hours, and $145/hour after 5pm. There may be a $250 cleaning fee for after-hours bookings. Planning an event can be a lot of work and coordinating all the things needed can be a hassle. This was the best space rental I have used - everything I needed was there and Donna, the host, was exceptional! Set up and clean up was a breeze because everything was already there and ready when we arrived. It is a great location and I will definitely use it again!
