This place is very beautiful and spacious for kitchen use and bathrooms! I rented the space to film a TV series that my team and I have just started working on and there are many rooms to film in. Our host Jeff was wonderful he let us in early for us to set up and even didn’t mind if we stayed a little bit extra to pack everything up! Will definitely rent again! Parking wasn’t bad either! There were spots located in the back and we just downloaded the “Spot Hero” to use them.

About Chicago

Resting on the banks of Lake Michigan in the sprawling state of Illinois, you’ll find the state’s capital and one of the most populated cities in America: Chicago. Sharing a border with a major great lake adds to its charm, but also keeps the weather a bit unpredictable.

The Windy City is a brilliant place, famous for its art, food, and sports, and is also a major business hub. This city is a cornucopia of opportunity no matter your function or plan. You will have plenty of options for venues once you begin researching Chicago presentation locations.

Whether you are looking to host a small gathering event or a multi-thousand person ballroom space, Chicago has everything you need to make sure your presentation is as perfect and professional as can be.

Presentation Options in Chicago

Getting the right equipment for your Chicago presentation space makes all the difference. Here are a few essentials to make sure you have to set up a good venue in Chicago:

  • Seating
Make sure you have proper seating for the event. You don’t want more people than chairs and there should be enough tables to accommodate the crowd you expect. Then it comes down to what quality of furniture you wish to provide. Is this the kind of presentation where wooden stools are appropriate or do you need something more comfortable?

  • Amplification
If the audience can’t hear you, they will not receive all that information you spent so long accruing. Get yourself a microphone, cords, amplifiers, and a mic stand (if necessary). The people in the back of the auditorium should be able to hear you just as clearly as those right in the front row.

  • Projection
The audience needs to be able to see your presentation from anywhere in the room. This means you need to project your work as large as is necessary. Whether you need a small whiteboard or a few big smart screen televisions, your Chicago presentation deserves to be seen clearly by all.

Presentation Companies in Chicago

Find a company to help you get your presentation space in Chicago up and running smoothly.

  • Tablescapes Chicago
Check out Tablescapes Chicago for all of your furniture rental needs. You can find a variety of chairs and tables here, but they also provide dining ware and tablecloths if your event deems it necessary. Professional and on-time service are specialties.

  • Meeting Tomorrow
Get your video wall at Meeting Tomorrow. They have a huge variety of high-quality equipment and the experience to go along with it. Producing events since 2009, they are a nationwide provider.

  • All Pro Audio Visual Rentals
With a combined 100+ years in the industry, the team has a great selection of amplification options like speakers, stands, cords, microphones, and everything else you may need. Planning, delivery and pick up are options they offer for your event.

Pros and Cons of Presentations in Chicago

Depending on the atmosphere, a city could be the worst or best place for your presentation. Here are some advantages and disadvantages of hosting in Chicago, to help you decide on the best locale.

Advantages

  • Great food
Your presentation can be good, but with all the great options for catering in this city, you have the opportunity to bring it up to the next level.

  • Lots of options
Selecting the perfect place for your presentation can be difficult, but at least in Chicago, the city is so large that the problem just might be deciding which option is your favorite.

  • Beautiful architecture
If you need a stunning cityscape or urban setting for your press event in Chicago, you will find no shortage of that here. This city is known for being pleasing to the eye.

Disadvantages

  • Crime
Chicago has a long history of high crime rates. Ensure safety during your event. Consider timing, location, and personnel when booking your Chicago presentation.

  • Winters are difficult
You will be hard-pressed to find a city with more difficult winters than Chicago. With its proximity to Lake Michigan, the winters are layered with snow and ice, strong winds, and devastating temperatures.

  • Pollution
The pollution in Chicago is pretty bad. In fact, it received a failing mark in air quality by the American Lung Association. This affects both the people and the city life. It is pretty difficult to avoid how pollution has played a role in shaping Chicago.
