We've used this conference room on several occasions and have been very happy with the experience. Jeff is always friendly and quick to respond if I have questions regarding the booking. It's a secure building in a safe neighborhood, the conference room has always been clean and well-maintained, and the manager of to co-working space is very welcoming. I do wish it wasn't permit parking on the street, but there's plenty of free street parking on the side streets. I highly recommend this space, and working with Jeff is a pleasure.

Maria-Valentina and her staff were very helpful in providing us with a beautiful office and other spaces for the shooting of scenes for my MFA thesis short film "Signs". I strongly recommend other film students to consider this location for their productions.

Great location with amazing views. Maria was an excellent hose and very accommodating to our production. She worked with the building to organize our load in and security clearance in advance. She was great to communicate with and even responded to messages over the weekend before our shoot.

About Chicago

Chicago, the Windy City, is a place full of history and culture. Chicago sits just off Lake Michigan and is home to the world’s only backward-flowing river (a man-made feature, but one of great engineering skill). Chicago has been home to some of the most notorious gangsters in history, but Chicago is also home to several professional sports teams that have won national championships in each of their respective sports.

Chicago is also known for its food offerings. the Windy City is known for “Chicago-style” pizza and “Chicago-style” hot dogs. Polish sausages are a favorite fare among native Chicagoans, too. Brilliant and unique architecture is also a caveat of Chicago. the Windy City is one place where visitors are always finding something to do and memorable sites visitors won’t find anywhere else.

The number of things to keep one occupied in Chicago are many, and that is a good reason to make the city home of your next class space.

A Chicago class space will, no doubt, be a busy place. Make it efficient with the help of local businesses.

  • Catering
If you’re planning on holding a class of any sort in the Chicago area, you’ll have to be mindful of time. • Private Car Service

Pros and Cons of Class Spaces in Chicago

Chicago is a true melting pot city, located in the heart of the Midwest. There are many things to do and see in the Windy City; however, no city is perfect and one must weigh the pros and cons before scheduling an event in Chicago.

  • Public transportation
Although traffic is terrible in Chicago (particularly if you’re trying to drive your own vehicle), the public transportation system is actually one of the better in a major metropolis. Using public transportation can alleviate the need to find a parking space, which are far and few in between in Chicago. The Windy City’s public transportation system is one of the largest in America, and, even with a few occasional hiccups, the system runs fairly smoothly.

  • Great food
Chicago is home to many foods that are famous worldwide – “Chicago-style” hot dogs and pizza as well as delicious polish sausage. However, “junk” food isn’t the only tasty fare around the Windy City. There are a plethora of restaurants in Chicago’s metro area as well as in more suburban areas.

  • Chicago is a transportation hub
Although Chicago seems to always be busy with traffic, its status as a major metropolis means there is no shortage of transportation – from major airports to several interstates. Visitors tout the accessibility of the Windy City, and O’Hare is one of the easiest airports to traverse.

Disadvantages

  • Chicago has its share of problems
Some neighborhoods in Chicago are nice and quiet. Other neighborhoods are plagued by noise, gang violence, and poverty. Crime is an issue all over the metropolitan area of Chicago. Always be aware of your surroundings; choose a private car service rather than walking in questionable areas. Your visit to Chicago can be a safe one with some precautions.

  • Traffic
No matter what time of day or night you happen to be traveling, traffic in Chicago is terrible at best. Add to the congestion of the city is a lack of adequate parking spaces. People who drive will face a long commute time, plus they may have to drive around longer to find an available parking space.
  • The weather
Chicago has pleasant spring weather and fall is crisp and beautiful. However, summer and winter in Chicago are brutal. Summers are hot, humid, and sticky. Winter brings cold, chilling winds and several inches of snow.

Famous Locations in Chicago

  • Wrigley Field
Wrigley Field is home to the world-renowned Chicago Cubs. Many people who aren’t typically baseball fans will take in a game at Wrigley Field just to be able to say they visited the location. Enjoy America’s pastime while eating a Chicago-style hot dog.

  • The Art Institute of Chicago
One of the most iconic locations in Chicago is the Art Institute of Chicago. The Institute is home to thousands of works of art in photography, painting, and sculptures; however, those are just a few artwork mediums on display at the Art Institute.

  • Grant Park
Grant Park is home to Millennium Park, where you’ll find the Cloud Gate sculpture. While you’re in Grand Park, visit the Crown Fountain with its iconic gargoyles. Finally, visit the Lurie Garden, open year-round.
