ONLY business meetings and training are allowed. Our space offers a luxury meeting space with a long conference table that sits 18 people plus additional chairs available to sit around the table. Handicap access, easy and quick in and out. 24/7 access. For $20 additional per meeting, you can also reserve for 63" monitor, projector, kitchen and coffee & tea. See details below. SET UP: This 102 Conference Room is on the 1st level. Guests come in and walk right innto the meeting room. 18 chairs are set up around the conference table. There is a side table with cabinets and dresser for storage. There is also a side table for speaker. Additional 22 chairs are available upon request. 4 bathrooms are available on the same floor. OPTIONAL SERVICES: 1. PROJECTOR OR 65" MONITOR SCREEN RENTAL Do you need to rent our protector or our 65” monitor (hdmi connection to your laptop)? We offer projector and/or 63” TV/Computer screen to connect to your devices for $20 additional per meeting per equipment. Please let us know what kind of device (Laptop/cellphone brand, model) will need to be connected to our equipments. 2. PRIVATE KITCHEN Do you need to reserve our kitchen? Private kitchen access is available for $20 additional per meeting on the same floor. 3. COFFEE AND TEA We offer coffee and tea brewing rental. The set up comes with 10 coffee (5 Starbucks coffee and 5 Macchiato) and 20+ tea bags. It will be additional $20. Additional coffee would be $1/each. Let us know if you are interested.
