About the Space

- 51 ft x 22 ft large room with 6 large windows - a wall for projection - 2 small white boards - kitchen included. - chairs, simple desks available SET UP: One large open space of 1200 SF connected to reception entrance area. Entrance area has a large conference table for servicing food and a kitchen with small sink, microwave and mini frig with freezer. 2 breakout room available at $15 per hour. M AV EQUIPMENT: Group may bring their own AV equipment. We offers no guarantee on compatibility of outside equipment. Group is responsible for arranging rental of equipment, set-up and dismantling. Rental AV projector is available for $20 additional per meeting. Private kitchen access is available for $20 additional per meeting. MISCELLANEOUS: - No smoking in or around rental facility. - No Candles - No Alcohol. VENDING MACHINE: Our vending machine offers varieties of snacks and drinks for your selection. OVERTIME: Overtime needs permission from Property Manager (because there may be another meeting scheduled right after) and, with permission, over time will be charged at the same hourly rate as original booking. GROUP ASSUMES ALL LIABILITIES AND BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL DAMAGES. CLEAN UP TO AVOID a $100 cleaning fee
