The site is a historic 24 House Bungalow Court with a gas station. All developed in 1925. All houses are identical and in three rows. They are approximately 800 ft.² a piece two bedroom one bath. It is the last surviving African-American bungalow court in the state of Florida and one of only two bungalow courts in the city from this era. The make up of the property is one of a kind.

I had my Single/Videl Release and book signing 11/10. Michael Cady was awesome. He was helpful, had my microphones set up, gave me access in time for set up and getting dress. Michael is very professional, polite and take the time to show you the venue. Two things that’s key:
1. When using this venue, you must have a certificate of insurance (COI)
2. Read the checklist before so you can know how to clean up.

Loved this space so much! We booked this place to celebrate my mom's 50th birthday. All of the guests were amazed with how beautiful the space was. We had a group of about 40 guests and it fit everyone so perfectly! There was PLENTY of places to sit and lounge. Also, loved the shuffle board. Would definitely book this space again in the future!

I used this space to host a women's workshop and highly recommend it. I loved the vibe in the space plus it was equipped with everything I needed and more. I brought a few of my own lamps to enhance the mood even more and it helped I could close the curtains.
