The moment I walked into the venue - I knew it was the perfect place for my twin brother's Memorial. The space is beautiful, clean and it can be transformed to accommodate any big event. I was able to utilize the front door area, inside the venue, as well as the back porch area. My guests felt very comfortable throughout the space during the Memorial. I received incredible customer service from Tigran during the entire process and on the day of the event he went above and beyond to make this a special day for me, my family and the guests. I received many compliments about how this was the perfect venue for the Memorial. I would highly recommend this space and you will be in good hands with Tigran!

An absolutely beautiful space with the kindest host! Perfect for a lovely indoor/outdoor transition, the home was so thoughtfully curated and put together. I hosted a baby shower here and this could not have been a better space for it, plenty of seating, access to background music and kitchen space, lovely awnings for shade, it was as functional as it was aesthetic. Host communicated promptly and was very accommodating!
