Our company, Experience Elemental, launched our nature and forest therapy retreats here. The property is magical, the hillside is so beautiful and there are countless areas to explore throughout the grounds. It's quiet, but easy to get to from all over LA, and the nature makes it feel like you're totally out of the city life. There's ample parking, and the structures are clean and welcoming, with several different buildings and areas to suit your needs. We intend to book with David again. He is helpful, friendly, and responsive. Highly recommend.

This venue is so beautiful, overlooking Topanga Canyon and the ocean. It's a charming home that is great for intimate events. I had about 40 guests and sang an opera recital and it was absolutely perfect. Jenna was great with all aspects of booking and communicating, and her assistant who attended the event was super helpful, welcoming and kind. I would highly recommend booking this place!

My event was approximately 100 people, I catered food and rental tables and such with a bartender and photographer...The space was beautiful, clean, spacious, the property manager and owner exceptional. I took away a star because it is a secured location and someone needed to stay at the door most of the time to let my guests in...hugely inconvenient. Also, I had to pay for access to decorate and setup for the party the day of the event, I don’t feel there should have been a charge for that. Next, I paid $260 cleaning fee, but they expect you to not only return to original condition, but also empty garbage, sweep floors, etc...Lastly, parking is an issue, there's a grocery store in the same area and it was very busy, and this was a Sunday event. I'd rent again for smaller event, night party or something not as significant as I had.

Fantastic place with the WOW Factor.
Communication and service were great from the beginning. Boyd was accommodating on our arrival, and we felt welcomed.

This was not a shoot. We used the home for an employee retreat for 14 people. It was lovely. The photos capture it well, it was easy to communicate with the owner, and there was ample parking.
