We are a fully operational, unique bar space that is housed in a 1914 California style bungalow in the South Roosevelt district of downtown Phoenix, approximately 7 minutes from SKY Harbor airport. It is fully furnished with warm, cozy décor including velvet seats, leather couches, coffee tables, rocking chairs and more. It includes two uni-sex bathrooms with ADA capabilities. There are also 2, unobtrusive ADA ramps in the front and in the rear. It is a beautiful backdrop of a yard, date palm trees, greenery, garden, and more. The natural light in this location is stunning. The location is perfect for more intimate events where guests can gather in various rooms or in outside spaces such as the front porch or back patio. It is also the perfect setting for an intimate date night. As it is a fully functioning bar, it comes with such amenities as ice (cubed and pebble), glassware, sinks, dishwashers, refrigeration, freezer space etc. Both bathrooms are spacious. Rooms can be used for photo shoots or as green rooms. And, because we are a bar, we can provide any ingredients or specialty ice, as needed, including a craft cocktail bartender.
