Nicely Appointed Southwestern Themed Home in Central Phoenix, Arcadia Neighborhood near Biltmore Estates, available for Events, such as Weddings, receptions, birthdays, baby showers, graduation, corporate meetings and film/video photography, documentary, music video, interview shoots and more! *Open floor plan and great room/kitchen creates studio-like conditions for multi-camera photography. *Built in audio system, media closet are included for use - for zoom participants or groups, music, presentations, etc. 65" HDTV in great room. *Bring in your own catering, or use the BBQ on the patio, the kitchen has been used for cooking shows, chef demonstrations or for final food preparation. *limited space/use of refrigerator without prior arrangement. *Lighting: The space is generally darker with little direct sunlight, which allows for more "studio" control over lighting. Naturally this makes the space moody with pools of light as the existing fixtures are recessed halogen. This also makes it ideal for interview setups because you can splash light in the background and let what you don't want to see fall into darkness or out of focus. *Sound: The walls are very thick so indoors is generally quiet. Outside you do have the typical neighborhood noise, birds, dogs and landscapers. All of those can be addressed, as I know all of my neighbors and if a shoot is scheduled with enough advance notice I can ask them to keep the dogs inside and reschedule the landscapers. AC is virtually silent, but for special recording all appliances can be shut off by the site representative, as well as appliances such as refrigerator. *Loading: There is loading available through the back alleyway as well as front side gate or through the very large front door entry which is double width. I insist on the use of layout board and furniture pads to protect the floors that you can put down to minimize the potential for damage charges. *Electrical: Generally 15 -20 Amp outlets with 120v. There is also 30 Amp access in the garage. The backyard has a wall that you can run putt-putts or small quiet generators in the alley on the other side to reduce noise, with neighbor permission. Arizona Equipment rentals is 5 min away and has all those units for rent. Or I can put you in touch with a local production company. *Furniture: can be moved and must be put back without damage. *ONE onsite bathroom is available - 2 others can be made available for additional charge (not included in the published rate). Neighbors on east and west sides are very cooperative and may also lend the use of their space for crew lunch, green rooms, hair and makeup, additional bathrooms, extra holding areas, or I can arrange additional photography for reasonable compensation to the owners - essentially depending on schedule & terms, all three homes could be made available.
