About the Space

The Studio is large, open, and well-lit with high ceilings. It has a kitchenette with a mini-fridge and a microwave. It has a changing room and men's and women's bathrooms next door. Included in the use of the space is: * Backdrops – cloth and paper (see below for a list) * Multiple backdrop racks * Multiple generic stands * Three C Strands * Extension cords * Three Neweer S101-300W professional strobe lights * Two Neewer FS150B LED 130W bi-color continuous lights * Trigger and receivers for the strobes * Use of multiple softbox diffusers If you need instruction on using the strobes I'm more than happy to show you - they are simple and easy. The Studio is on the second floor with outside staircase access. The windows and doors have privacy shades that can be drawn. You can use/move/re-arrange and of the furniture as long as you put it all back when finished. If you are running late please message me here and let me know. I will only wait for 20 minutes for you to arrive. PLEASE NOTE: if you need a paper backdrop and intend on having any of it on the floor, you MUST opt for the $6.00 paper backdrop fee. This is per-backdrop, so if you plan on using white and also black, that would be 2x the $6 fee. PLEASE READ THIS: The following activities are not permitted in the studio: • Sexually explicit content or adult entertainment • Erotic performance, stripping, lap dances, or provocative group choreography • Twerking or performance-style dance shoots intended for sexualized content • Music videos or filmed performances without prior written approval • Any activity involving nudity beyond standard boudoir photography • Large or undisclosed production crews • Parties or social gatherings disguised as “photo shoots” Boudoir photography is permitted when conducted professionally and respectfully. If you are unsure whether your project qualifies, please contact us prior to booking. Disclosure Requirement All bookings must accurately describe the intended use of the space. Misrepresentation of the project may result in immediate cancellation without refund.
