They are included, and the space continues to evolve. Many of the plants can be moved to stage your shoots, and we can show you the ones that need to remain stationary. The floor mirrors can also be moved, no problem. Just be aware as they are your liability if broken/damaged. If you want them removed for your event, we can arrange that for you at no extra charge. *Booking time and OVERTIME*: Please factor your set up/break down into your booking time. We cannot predict how much time you need to decorate/cater/set up /break down you event so its important that you also include this into your booking time. Per Giggster's policy, overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate. Studio works for: Baby showers (we have celebrated over 100 baby showers now!) Bridal Showers Birthday parties Rehearsal Dinners Film Lifestyle Studio Portrait Headshots and Branding Boudoir Product photos Fashion Shoots There is a Sonos sound system for use in the space with 4 speakers (it can get LOUD), as well as a LIFX lighting system. LIFX will dial to any color you choose, and can be operated from a free app on your own device). There are 17 individual lights that you can dial to any color you choose. Both the lighting and Sonos sound system are WiFi controlled. They do not connect through bluetooth. The layout of the space is very open, with minimal furniture to obstruct the space. The entrance is ADA compliant, and includes an ADA accessible bathroom. The floors are painted concrete.

Let me start by saying that The Boho space is beautiful. Jude’s communication is top tier. Jude made sure we had everything we needed and was available anytime I had a question! The space was clean and well stocked. The music and lighting were such a perfect addition. This was my first time hosting a big event so naturally, I ran over the time I booked in for. Jude was so accommodating about this. This will forever be my go to! Thank you!!

We had an amazing baby shower in this space and the plants /lights make things serene and peaceful. Jude was exceptional, thorough and responsive. Highly recommend!

This was an amazing space. Jude was very helpful and worked with me with all the questions I had. My daughter absolutely love her baby shower. I definitely recommend for anyone who needs a beautiful decorated space for their event.

Jude was so lovely to work with. Me allowed me to store my items for my baby shower in the storage room and he gave me extra time to set up the day of. The space it’s self is so beautiful and needs very minimal decoration!

This was the perfect spot for a baby shower! It’s beautiful and peaceful with all the lush plants and soft lighting! There are tables, chairs, and music available which is a huge plus! Jude made sure all our questions were answered quickly and was very accommodating. He was available when we needed him and super helpful setting up the event! It was a wonderful experience all around ~ I highly recommend this amazing location & host!
