If you're looking for a clean, quite, luxurious kitchen and/or office work space to use for photography shoots, to create videos from, cook in, work from, or any other creative thing then you've come to the right place! The space also provides bathroom, closet, balcony, and access to luxurious pool and hot tub area, as well as a conference room. The space fits a variety of needs and styles, and can be easily adapted to your video and creative needs. It's light and bright, open, and has a very catchy, professional aesthetic. Fully functioning kitchen, private office with it's own private bathroom available for guest use. Additional spaces including a luxurious clubhouse, full kitchen, meeting/conference rooms, resort style pool and spa can be added on. More details and photos of those areas available upon request. Please note: The community areas including the community center and it's office space are under different guidelines than the kitchen/office/living room private space, so please inquire specifically if you're wishing to utilize the community area for your shoot.
