About the Space
A beautiful 2 year old home in the heart of Arcadia. The kitchen is the star of the home here, with beautiful large island, pendant lighting, picturesque windows at the sink, with natural light pouring in from the dormers as well. The space is open concept, with a large dining table both inside, and out. The outdoor courtyard features a table seating 10, with string lights, and charming vines covering the walls. The high ceilings with wooden beams running along draw the eye through the room to the built-in fireplace and luxury sofa. Natural light pours in to the space from the dormers, as well as from the beautiful glass sliding doors. The second living space has an original stone wall fireplace, chesterfield sofa, and a textured wallpaper to make the room feel cozy and inviting. This home is great for a kitchen shoot, a furniture shoot, and any clothing photo shoot, branding and headshots. **ALL bedrooms are off limits- with the exception of the Master bathroom can be used as an add-on. We rented this home for our Mother’s Day photoshoot and it was absolutely perfect. The space was beautiful, spotless, and filled with the best natural light. The open floor plan made it so easy to move around and capture different shots, and every detail of the home photographed beautifully. The owner was incredibly kind, accommodating, and wonderful to work with from start to finish. We had such a great experience and would absolutely book again. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a stunning photo shoot space!

Great experience! I used this location to shoot some new products for a clothing brand and it was exactly what I wanted! Lots of gorgeous spots inside and outside and great lighting all around. The host was friendly and easy to communicate with- I would definitely book it again!
