This property was designed by award-winning luxury design firm, Anthony W Design, and features numerous spaces that can be used for a myriad of uses. The house is 6 bed//4.5 baths and features a large 1400 square foot garage with 26-foot high ceilings. The house itself has 12-foot ceilings, a wide open gallery with a grand piano, and several open multi-use spaces (in addition to 5 bedrooms). The house sits on 1.25 acres and has a large open area perfect for event tents or parking and a spacious grass yard with mature trees. There is a second backyard for the pool that sits under a canopy of bistro lights and features a mini-golf course, a large outdoor living space, an outdoor pool table, a fire pit, and outdoor dining. Behind that there is an additional 3-bed/3-bath casita built out of shipping containers (Note- the pool area and casita are an additional charge). The amenities and uses of this space are endless.

The pictures do not do the property justice!! We booked the entire property (main house and both casitas) for our wedding and it was amazing! Tony was super accommodating and we were able to check in early and check out late. If you plan to have a wedding here - there are so many varied photo opportunities for the couple, plenty of space to get ready, private areas great for vows, and the garage was perfect for our reception. We had 22 people total staying on property, and there are tons of common and private hang out areas. Everything was very clean, more than enough towels, and everything matched the listing description.

This place was amazing! We held a wedding ceremony and reception and it was perfect. It fit 70+ people with enough space to move freely throughout the property. Anthony communication was tremendous and even helped us problem solve something right before the ceremony. The house had everything we needed and more. Everyone who came loved the interior design and flow of the house. Highly recommend for a nice stay to be with family or host an event! Will be staying again sometime in the future.

Tony was a great host. Very helpful, great communication. The space was perfect for our event. Everyone was impressed with the house and the grounds, and it was perfect for entertaining, and getting a chance to talk and reunite with our guests.

This house is awesome! Our family gathered here for Thanksgiving and had a blast— ping pong, pickleball, pool, great movie night set up, fully stocked kitchen— it was perfect! Anthony was super responsive if we had any questions and the stay was seamless. Highly recommend the house for a large group looking to have fun in Phoenix!

This place is such a vibe!!!! Perfect for events! We had our rehearsal dinner here and it was truly so amazing. Plenty of parking and very spacious. Each room had a different story to tell highly recommend!!
