Amazing home with tropical backyard with waterfalls, grotto, koi ponds and lush tropical landscape. Our at home paradise. Home features an outdoor kitchen with a stainless grill and burner, separate stainless griddle as well as a pizza oven. Backyard covered patio with copper detail, 15 person sitting area. Covered dining area. Terraced patio with fire pit on lush sprawling hillside with Birds of Paradise and large tropical palms. Complete privacy all around. 5000 gallon koi pond with Japanese large koi featuring flowing pond waterfalls. Large waterfall spills into a spa pool large enough for 12 guests with all around jets and grotto seating area. Floral envy with colorful floral pots and arrangements. Beautiful waterfall falls into waterlily filled receiving pond. Art sculptures and a four hole putting and chipping green with quaint sitting area with chairs and matching ottomans. Sunk-in art filled living area with large bay window. Custom designed, one of a kind, metal two-piece cocktail table with fireplace and warm sitting areas with camera collect case, sculptures and original wall art. Curved staircase with mobile kinetic sculpture from the ceiling. Upstairs is are two cozy guest rooms with mirrored closet doors. Large French country style master bedroom. Master spa like ensuite features glass tile walls, glass shower with honed marble walls all around with separate sunken tub. Double sink vanities and white quartz countertops. An at home spa feeling. Exercise room with treadmill in artist studio. Open kitchen floor plan with stainless steel chef appliances and glass sculpture buffet. Large granite buffet for entertaining leads to a sport enthusiast's den with three televisions and custom sound system. Stand behind granite bar with glass cabinet for liquor collection and wine and beverage refrigerators. Wine storage above wet bar area.
