About the Space
Rustic Homemade Cottage. Built by hand by our creative German neighbor, who passed away. . It's filled with things he collected from years of scavenging from movie sets. Think old fashioned Germanic hunting cottage. could depict the 1700's to the 1960's.The patio is built over a creek with a handmade bridge leading up to it. The stairs up to the house are handmade from concrete pieces. Only the main part of the house,breakfast nook , kitchen walkway ,the patio, and stairway up to the house are available for shoots. On the same property, there is a rustic stone and wood building for exterior and interior shots. Bare bones interior.. Also a long wooden bridge over a wide wooded creek. If you need other outdoor scenery, the ranch next door has mountains , creeks, trees, and meadows. See the Listing for "Beautiful Outdoors, Rustic Mountain Ranch. We are in the Secondary Studio Zone

What an incredible property and experience! I rented this location for a photo shoot, and everything was seamless from the moment I contacted Lynne to wrapping the shoot. It's such a picturesque location, and everyone was so kind and quick to answer all the questions we had. Highly recommend!

Absolutely gorgeous location! The nature is so beautiful and creates a very special atmosphere. Very responsive, reasonably priced, there is so much variety on one property it's truly amazing we were able to shoot 4 different locations on this property and we didn't even use it all! (The dogs were adorable as well).
