About the Space
The Farm is an excellent stage for your next filming project. Major motion picture, television and commercial companies shoot on the ranch — which is all within the “30 mile zone.” The main house (available on a very limited basis) includes a large country kitchen, dining room, family room and sitting area — and the grounds are lush, with exquisite gardens and landscaping. There are also two guest houses, a shed, large pond, a pool, horse trails leading to panoramic vistas, and a year-round stream. The rate that is shown is based on a still photo shoot, shooting exteriors only with a crew/talent size of 15 or less with a minimum 10 hour day. Additional fees include Site Rep at $600 and property manager at $750. A motorhome is suggested for staging, but if available, the guest house may be used for an additional fee Please inquire for rates on larger impact jobs and include and the following details about your project.
