About the Space
Large ranch style house in Thousand Oaks. Easy access off 23 freeway, 1/2 acre lot with plenty of parking for cars and large trucks. Property is gated for privacy on corner lot with multiple access points. Front driveway is huge for parking and back can fit many cars and trucks. House on on raised foundation with original wood floors from 1964. House has been recently updated with all modern amenities. Private 1/2 bath with exterior access provided. Large new pool and spa in backyard with large patio. Exterior shower, 4 car workshop and also 2 car teenager hangout area, carport, dry creek in front. Thanks.

Awesome host and space. The garage area (where we did our shoot) was large and we could spread out. Host was accommodating to all our needs. Highly recommend.
