Rimrock Ranch is a three acre property on a knoll in Thousand Oaks. Located right off the 101 and 23 freeway there is easy access from LA. The views are excellent. The classic red barn is amazing and one of our most popular amenities. Everyone that has visited the property has been amazed there are so many different area to shoot giving the property a wide variety of "looks" for variation of shoots, videos, films, etc...
The main house is a single story ranch style home that has four bedrooms and three bathrooms.
The classic Red Barn is exactly as you see it in the pictures. Straight out of a kids book this barn is just a classic. You can shoot in and around the barn as you please.
The 600 sq. ft. pool house has phenomenal natural light with its walls of glass on all four sides and vaulted ceiling inside. This studio is used as a photo studio by a local wedding and family photographer. It has a variety of backdrops. Email for more info about this. You can also have access to this photo studio for an additional fee.
The pool and grass area is amazing. Recently remodeled we have had some great photos taken in and around the pool and grass area. Large and flat and plenty of room to work and get things done.
Above the four car garage is a loft style studio. This is pretty bare bones. It has some furniture and a kitchenette and can be used as a bedroom or set up area.
There is a small red barn that is a storage shed and a lot of people like to shoot in front of or near it. It has pepper trees next to it and has a very rustic look.
The tennis court is fun and depending on the type of shoot you are looking for this may be in your scope.
There are many other areas on the property to shoot. With three acres and a variety of trees ranging from olive to pepper and pine just to name a few there are many, many places to shoot.
