Located only 35 minutes north of Los Angeles, this 1959 simple remade ranch home offers super bright interior space with beautiful and organic decor, comfortable and casual. The main house is 1143 sqft, 2 bedroom 1 bath remodeled interior with an updated open concept living space and large kitchen. The home sits on top of 1 acre, 2 parcels surrounded by mountains and oak trees. Secluded lot with an amazing view of the Conejo Valley. This space is ideal for an type of photo shoot or filming as the home is flooded with natural light. Their is a remodeled guest house space with a bedroom, bathroom and kitchenette that works perfectly for hair/make up/wardrobe or any production needs. The exterior is rustic and rural with a campground like setting and a "lookout" tower. We have a separate entrance for larger vehicles if needed on the upper level and can accommodate up to 25 cars on the property (stacked parking). Very unique and fun property. This space is also a unique alternative for an off site conference, meeting or workshop location. We've worked with many high end clients such as Starbucks, Guitar Center, Wayfair, Made Goods, Chameleon Coffee as well as many small businesses.
