A three acre property on a knoll in Thousand Oaks. Located right off the 101 and 23 freeway there is easy access from LA. The views are excellent. The classic red barn is amazing and one of our most popular amenities. Everyone that has visited the property has been amazed there are so many different area to shoot giving the property a wide variety of "looks" for variation of shoots, videos, films, etc... The tennis court is fun and depending on the type of shoot you are looking for this may be in your scope. There is a small red barn that is a storage shed and a lot of people like to shoot in front of or near it. It has pepper trees next to it and has a very rustic look. The tennis court is fun and depending on the type of shoot you are looking for this may be in your scope. There are many other areas on the property to shoot. With three acres and a variety of trees ranging from olive to pepper and pine just to name a few there are many, many places to shoot.
