About the Space

We are located in NW, DC right in the heart of the DMV (DC, Maryland, Virginia) except we have plenty of parking! Our front studio room has large windows and great natural light and most of the year - leaves willing- provides a beautiful view of the park across the street. We do have shades and curtains that can diffuse the light at all times. We have 9 rectangular 6ft folding tables and 5 circular tables, 55 folding chairs and 4 benches that are avail to all renters. We also have the latest Sonos sound system for deep, rich sound in our studio and retail area. Your playlist on our speakers is just 3 clicks away after you join our WiFi. There is a private parking lot behind us and we lease 5 spots a month which we can make available to renters and we have plenty of metered parking up and down the street out front. There is a triangle park right across the street. We do have roof access but it requires a ladder climb thru a hatch in our utility room.
