This listing is for a large catamaran houseboat which provides a great unique setting for a meeting or gathering. Enjoy Anchorage or at Lincoln memorial, Navy Yard, the Warf and 3 sisters Island group. Docking at a variety marinas is also possible. The only limit is your imagination. Basically the boat can be at any location you choose on the water within 5 miles of the DC city center. The listed price is just for using boat sitting in one spot for a venue. To cruise around it is around $290 per hour. The Catamaran comes equipped: Bathroom with bidet Sitting area downstairs Large top deck with sunshade Couches Upstairs patio seating area Large cooking grill Full kitchen Bluetooth stereo system Houseboat can be viewed before booking to see if good fit.     The experience I had on this beautiful house boat will forever remain in my favorites memories. I rented here for a very small wedding reception with about 10 of our family who traveled hours to come. The views were beautiful loved watching the sunset and the boat is a great size. There’s a built in speaker! I definitely would rent again for small hangouts w friends or another small family gathering. Everyone including myself had a wonderful wonderful time. I also appreciate Jason and his wife’s flexibility with my inquiries. I was able to use the kitchen and grill to heat up some food that we brought on board. Location was fairly easy to find. Would definitely do again is what I’m trying to say! 11/10!
