Welcome to the ultimate creative hub! Our modern daylight studio is perfect for every kind of project—whether it's video shoots, photo sessions, podcast recordings, music videos, events, classes, or whatever else you’re dreaming up, this space is yours to bring it to life! Our studio is surrounded by the neighborhood's vibrant energy, artistic flair, and a wide array of restaurants and coffee shops. Equipment: The studio is fully stocked with equipment, so you can travel light! Free with all bookings: Four C-stands, two rolling light stands, a SmallRig AD-01 tripod with fluid head, a Vanguard VEO3 tripod with ball head, a RODE boom pole with shock mount, two mic stands, 30"x35" silver, gold, and white reflectors, 30"x35" black flags, 30"x35" diffusion frames, 86" seamless backdrops, two XLR cables, three heavy duty extension cords, and a variety of grip accessories including clamps, gaff tape, sandbags and apple boxes. Additionally, professional lighting and audio gear can be added to your booking for a flat fee. Please check our add-ons section. Props and Decor: Customize your scene with an eclectic mix of props and decor in a range of styles. Our design features mid-century elements combined with vintage accents for an inspiring bohemian feel. Stage the scene as a cozy apartment, home office, art gallery, or even a yoga studio. Seamless Backdrops: Currently we have Savage 86-inch seamless backdrops in black, super white, tech green, focus grey, sky blue, and egg nog. Need a different color for your shoot? Just let us know, and we’ll have it ready in the studio for you. Sunlight: Beautiful natural light fills the studio throughout the day, pouring in from three west-facing windows. For total control, blackout curtains and shades can be closed to fully block out the light whenever needed. Glam Room: Adjacent to the studio is a versatile room that functions as a dressing room, makeup room, green room, or staging area, complete with clothing racks and makeup mirrors. The studio also includes a private bathroom for added convenience. Getting Here: Your booking includes a reserved parking space directly behind the building, with room for up to two vehicles, so parking is stress-free. Plus, we’re just one block from the Dupont Metro station for easy access. Package Assistance: Need to send supplies ahead of time? We can accept and store a package for you until your booking. Just reach out to coordinate, and we'll make sure everything’s ready when you arrive! HVAC: For sound recording needs, our HVAC system can be turned off during your booking—just let us know when you reserve the space. Please note that the studio is accessible by stairs only. A team member will be present at the start of your booking to assist with anything you need.
