About the Space

My home is in a quiet neighborhood in Northwest DC up by the Washington National Cathedral. It is the product of two houses built in the 1920s that were combined 30 years ago into one larger house. Spaces available to use for your project are the grand living room, the library, the foyer, the kitchen, a reception room, a dining room, a patio, a sunroom, the outside front and tree lined backyard. Perfect for tv & film shoots, documentary interviews, features, advertisements, photoshoots, fashion shows, concerts, presentations and other events. We have been used by CBS, NBC, PBS, Amazon, Disney+, Showtime, The History Channel, The Brookings Institute plus various other production companies from the US and abroad. We have played host to various authors, artists, singers, concert pianists as well as business leaders and influential individuals like David Rubinstein and the late Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg. We provide multiple looks, angles, as well as 7 large separate individually appointed rooms (smallest room is 24'x14') in one venue for your production, hopefully saving time and money. See images. Furniture can be moved or replaced, painting can be done and some alterations are open for discussion.
