Welcome to the South Van Art Lab. Our multipurpose room is available for consultations, meetings, photography, podcasting, event rental and most notably, creation. Use the workshop for your project and enjoy privacy, lots of space, functionality and a beautiful view. The room is located right along the Fraser River and has immediate access to the beautiful Fraser River Park. Perfect for breaks from the action and sparking conversation. The rental is equipped with: - Lighting Equipment - A Plug & Play Music Rig - 3 Desks - Rodecaster Pro (Podcasting Rig) - Washroom - Kitchen - Privacy **We do have Neighbours and ask for the noise to be reasonable until after 6pm on the weekdays. Converse, play music, set up and tare down at a respectable volume to ensure efficiency and privacy. **Late Night Events can be booked in after a review of the logistics behind the proposed event from our team.
